TO PARTICIPATE IN THE ANNUAL FAIR:

2025 Chatham County Fair Application for Consideration for Concession and/or Display Booth Space

Concessionaires: Please email info@chathamcountyncfair.com and list the food and drink items you would like to offer to the public before filling in an application form. In the interest of all concessionaires, we follow a policy of first submitted/first approved to insure there is a minimum of duplication.

 

A daily event schedule will be posted in early September

NOTE TO FOOD VENDORS:

You MUST file a “Temporary Food Event Coordinator Application” with the Chatham County Public Health Department at least 15 days prior to the start of the Fair – no later than XX date.

All reservations for space:

  • Will be accepted on a first come/first served basis
  • Are subject to Fair Management approval
  • Require full payment before the reservation is accepted
  • Are non-refundable after acceptance
